Cancellation Policy
STARTUP EXCELLENCE PROGRAM – PLAN POLICIES 1. Program Enrollment By subscribing to this plan, you are securing your participation in the Startup Excellence Program by Ibtikar. Access to program materials, sessions, and support begins on the official program start date. 2. Payment Terms All payments are required in full at the time of subscription. Your enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are listed in AED. 3. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Because participant slots are limited and resources are allocated in advance, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation or non-attendance. 4. Transfer Policy Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to the next program cycle at least 7 days before the program start date. Transfers are subject to availability and approval. 5. Program Access Depending on the plan selected, participants may receive access to: • Group sessions • 1:1 mentoring sessions • Program materials, templates, and tools • Communication channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.) Access is valid only for the duration of the program. 6. Missed Sessions If a participant misses a session, recordings or makeup options are not guaranteed. 1:1 sessions missed without prior notice may be forfeited. 7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Ibtikar Ibtikar reserves the right to reschedule sessions or modify the program timeline if necessary. Participants will be notified in advance. 8. Intellectual Property All program content, templates, worksheets, guides, and materials are the intellectual property of Ibtikar. Redistribution or sharing outside the program is strictly prohibited. 9. Participant Conduct Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect in all program interactions. Ibtikar may remove participants who violate conduct standards without refund. 10. Acceptance of Terms By completing the subscription checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these program policies.
